Crawley Borough Council Youth Hub

Jobcentre Plus and Employ Crawley Advisors work together to provide employment advice service to help local young people back into work, support them to reskill for alternative careers, and access training opportunities. The Hub is located on the ground floor of the Town Hall and can be accessed by appointment only, from Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm (subject to Coronavirus restrictions e.g. Lockdown). Services provided by the new Youth Hub will also be available virtually.

Work has been undertaken to ensure the Hub is Covid secure and visitors attending appointments will be asked to follow safety measures.

The Youth Hub also actively promotes the Government’s Kickstart Scheme for 16-24 year olds and supports finding a placement.

Sense Learning

are running a free six week employability and qualifications course for young women aged 18-25 in Crawley.

This is a six week programme of study which enables learners to have access to 1:1 teaching and learning so they can gain accreditation of exams to support them to go onto further education or employment. We will provide all learners with accreditation in English, Maths, Digital Skills qualifications and to support them in application writing and interview skills to enable them to apply for jobs or further education.
