“I live in Tilgate with my family and have been active in the community since 2013 helping represent residents through the Tilgate Forum then as a councillor. Those who know me will know I’ve always been there to take residents’ concerns forward, representing local groups, residents and businesses.”
Former Crawley Mayor, Carlos first got active in the community due to concerns he had raising a young family in the area. West Sussex County Council is one of the worst performing councils for children, almost having social services removed. Carlos will be a strong advocate for local families, if elected.
