I am grateful to everyone who voted for me to represent Langley Green and Ifield East at West Sussex, and I take that responsibility very seriously.

There is much to be done at county level, and with the Labour Group nearly doubled in size, there is real enthusiasm for making a difference.

As we come out of Covid too many people are already struggling. We must ensure people here and across the county have access to the support they need to get back on their feet, so that we really do build back better. I will be part of a team fighting to protect frontline services; pressing for improvements to the environments we live in and committed to ensuring the green agenda is front and center in policy decisions.
