Cllr Bob Noyce was elected to represent Southgate at a byelection on 9th June 2022 and re-elected in May 2023.

Bob has lived in Crawley for 25 years, having been originally relocated with his job in the water industry in which he worked for many years.

As a Chess Master and Coach he has taught and helped thousands of people over the years how to play and improve their game.

Bob is retired and lives close to and spends much of his time in Southgate.

Since becoming a local councillor for Southgate in June 2022 he spends a lot of time engaging with the local community, dealing with the various issues in the area and helping to improve things for the benefit of all of the residents.

As well as helping with the ideas to plan and implement Labour’s Manifesto commitment to improve facilities in Goff’s Park.
