Cllr Khayla Abu Mosa
Cllr - Northgate / West Green

Cllr Khayla Abu Mosa was elected in Northgate / West Green on 25th October 2024 in a By-Election following Cllr Peter Lamb’s resignation after his election as MP for Crawley.
I am a Palestinian woman that has lived in the UK since 2009. I have worked as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Associate in schools since 2014, including working at both Bewbush Academy and Oriel High School where I currently work as a Learning Associate. I take an active interest in my community and am a Scout Leader in Crawley. I also volunteer for several organisations in a wide range of activities including helping victims of domestic violence, acting as an interpreter, supporting women and children, challenging racism and working for the people of Palestine.
I feel that I can represent and support the people of Northgate & West Green as a Councillor to help improve their lives.
