MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIR OF TALK IFIELD

Dear Talk Ifield guests

Because of the ongoing risks to public safety from the escalating Coronavirus outbreak, Homes England informed us yesterday that they would be withdrawing their representative – Ken Glendinning – from the Talk Ifield special open forum meeting scheduled for Monday, 16^th March.  This meeting will therefore NOT now be taking place, and we are currently letting local residents know through various social media and other channels.  We will also shortly be issuing a Press Release to local news outlets.

We are sorry that circumstances outside our control have forced us to cancel Monday’s meeting.  If we had been able to go ahead, you may be assured that all reasonable and practical precautions would have been taken to safeguard everyone involved.

We hope to rearrange the meeting with Homes England at some point in the future on the basis of official advice at that time, but at this stage we clearly cannot give any indication as to when this is likely to be.
