Homes England have now released a response to their public engagement meetings. It was only released on Tuesday 28th April.

Here’s a link to the document: Homes England Response

(If the link doesn’t work at some time in the future we have secured an off-line copy).

You must form your own view of the responses but many of them are pretty lacking in specific content. Please feel free to send us your comments so that we can capture a full list to raise with Homes England when the opportunity permits. We are also keen to hear what everyone thinks about the Homes England responses.

We can also advise that we have not yet been contacted about engaging with Homes England as your local Councillors – of course this may be due to the Covid-19 situation, but we are all ‘working’ and available to talk with Homes England.

There is no information about the ‘paused’ nature of the project, as reported elsewhere (Crawley Observer), in their email notification or document.

Finally, we are in touch with Talk Ifield who still intend to re-schedule the public meeting with Homes England as soon as it is safe and allowed to do so.
