Despite the dreadful weather Crawley’s Team Labour were out on the streets talking to residents yesterday. We spoke to many people who told us that they are fed-up with the continued failure of the Tory government and that it is time for change.

Labour’s plans for turning the economy round are particularly welcomed as people struggle to pay their bills and the urgent need to sort out the NHS is a problem for so many people. Many people remember that when Labour won the 1997 election the NHS had been run down by the previous Tory government and that Labour reduced waiting times and increased satisfaction with the NHS to the highest level ever. It looks as if Labour are going to need to do the same again.
