Horsham District Council will review its draft Local Plan on Monday 11th December and it is expected that the plan will be published shortly before that. This will be the first chance we get to see the actual proposals in the Local Plan – so NOW is the time, especially following the change in control of Horsham District Council from the Tories to the Liberal Democrats, to write to the new group of Horsham Councillors and let them know your views – even if you’ve written before, now is an opportunity to influence the thinking of new councillors, and new leadership.
