Mike Pickett was re-elected for Southgate in May 2019. He had to leave the Council in May 2022 having suffered severe ill-health which made him unable to perform his duties to his satisfaction.

Mike Pickett is Councillor for Southgate since winning a by-election in 2014 and getting re-elected in May 2016.

  • Previously vice-chair Crawley Citizens’ Advice Bureau

Lived in Southgate over 30 years with a strong and active interest in reducing crime/anti-social behaviour, elimination of poverty, the built environment and the regeneration of Crawley town centre.
